Common Elo Touch Screen Problems
One common Elo hardware issue has to do with a touch screen that isn't working. Sometimes, they will wear out after heavy use and will need to be replaced. Occasionally, re-calibrating it will do the trick.
Users may also experience a situation where the device has no power due to a failure of an internal circuit board or power supply. Unfortunately, this is not something that the users can fix themselves, and the monitor must be sent off for repair
