Here is how your trial will commence:

One of Mercom's team will contact you in person to get your trial underway. We endeavor that this will be within an hour. Our standard office opening hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

They will confirm what items you wish the trial to cover and agree a quantity, whilst at the same time arranging the shipping and obtaining a return address.
